We barely see a love story with a mental illness as its sub category. Primarily because society associated most mental illness with violence or other disturbing stuffs
However, the truth is having those “privilege” does not mean we will never know what it’s like to be judged.
“If you’re not well, but you know the clinic won’t be a help for you, go to us. We will be there. If you’re struggling, it’s time you step out of your silence, and speak to us. We will listen.”
“Why?” Almost always the first question when we tell someone we’re depressed or someone we know is. “Why would she be depressed?” We hear these words a lot.
